• Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate customization requirements (dimensions, colors, text) during the WhatsApp consultation.

Order Confirmation & Delivery

An order is not considered binding until we have confirmed the details and received approval (and any required deposit) through WhatsApp.

• Timelines: Delivery and production timelines vary significantly depending on the complexity of your custom decor. We will provide an estimated timeline during your consultation.
