Refund Policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Because VibeHaus creates highly personalized and made-to-order aesthetic decor, customized products cannot be refunded or returned once production has started.

We do not offer refunds for "change-of-mind" purchases on any custom-built items.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before production begins. Once materials have been cut, painted, or assembled based on your specific requirements, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take extreme care in packaging your aesthetic pieces. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit, or if we made a mistake with your customization details:

  • You must report the issue to us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

Resolution

For approved claims regarding damage or incorrect items, VibeHaus will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A free replacement of the damaged piece.
  • A repair of the item (if feasible).
  • Store credit for a future aesthetic upgrade.

Note: Minor variations in wood grain, paint texture, color, or handmade finishes are inherent to custom decor and are not considered defects warranting a refund.
